Schuwirth-Quadrant-Glider-XC

The Schuwirth-Quadrant-Glider-XC is for use with soaring flight simulator software like Condor3. It greatly enhances the feeling of being in the glider cockpit.  

It works great mounted on a sit-in glider simulator rig, or attached to the edge of a table or desk using the optional Condor-Desk-Mount.

Two Versions

• This "XC" version is ideal for cross-country soaring adventures. Having a flap handle is convenient when flying a flapped racing sailplane. A yellow button is usually used for the "release".
• The Schuwirth-Quadrant-Glider-Trainer (on a separate webpage) is recommended instead for flight training simulations.  The flaps are actuated using a "+/-" toggle switch, and a yellow "release" pull-handle enhances training

Features

• Includes cable with USB A connector, for connection to your PC.
  
• Works great with all somewhat recent versions of Windows.  You don't need to install any drivers or software tools.  You just connect it to your PC, then in Condor, go to Setup, Input (tab), Assign Controls.

  NOTE: Some of the photos above show the optional Condor-Desk-Mount.  It is not included.  However, a plastic adapter plate and screws are included for connecting the Schuwirth-Quadrant-Glider-XC to the Condor-Desk-Mount. It's a very rugged and solid setup.
