PowerFLARM Dipole FLARM Antenna with Standard-Polarity Connector - Long Antenna Length

This antenna is a new, longer version of the standard PowerFLARM Core FLARM dipole antenna. The antenna manufacturer says that it has better range than the standard length antenna that is supplied with the PowerFLARM Core. However, the long length may make it more difficult to fit into some sailplanes.

For use on either FLARM port on a European PowerFLARM Core or PowerMouse.   It will NOT work with U.S. PowerFLARM Core or Fusion units, or LXNAV PowerMouse+ FCC units.

Note that the connector has a pin in it - not a hole.

Antenna tuned for use with FLARM units in N & S America, Australia, and Israel.

Note: For maximum range, the antenna should be mounted pointing up and down (oriented vertically).

Note: It is important that the antenna does not touch the glider canopy.

Has a 3M Adhesive strip on one side for easy attachment.
