Gooseneck Base, diamond shaped
The RAM-GN3-238 was designed to allow a  gooseneck to be mounted to the back of any RAM-HOL cradle or a Cumulus iPAQ cradle.  It can also be used to mount the gooseneck to the instrument panel or canopy side rail.  It has a threaded hole in the middle that the GNeck2 gooseneck is threaded into.  The diamond shaped mounting plate measures 1.32" wide x 2.44" long (33.5 x 62 mm) and has 2 small holes (0.220 diameter, not threaded) for the screws that mount it to the cradle. The centers of the mounting holes are 1.906" (48.4 mm) apart.  A slot is cut into the bottom of the adapter to allow a cable to be routed out the side.  Made of machined and black anodized aluminum, Weight: 0.7 oz (20 g), Gooseneck not included.  Mounting screws included with cradle.
