Cable, DB-9m (9-pin male) connector to DB-9f (9-pin female) connector, Passes RS-232 transmit, receive (straight through) and ground leads.  You can select from various lengths upon ordering.  I keep 0.5 m (19.7 inches), 1 m (3.281 feet) and 3 m (9.843 feet) units in stock.  The 3m version is $10 extra.  This cable is often used to connect a Cambridge GPS-NAV to a Goddard PS-5a or Borgelt PDA-PS power converter.  It can also be used to connect a 302 or 302A to a PS-5a or PDA-PS.
