Cable, ILEC SN-10 (S/N: > 99) to Instrument Panel and Cambridge Aero Instruments GPS-NAV
Note: If you already have an ILEC supplied panel cable you should order the Mod-SN10b-Pnl-GNAV-1.  This cable assembly is only necessary if you don't have the ILEC supplied panel cable.

This cable is designed to enable an SN-10 to be connected to a GPS-NAV GPS and an instrument panel mounted PC data connector.  It replaces the ILEC "Cockpit Panel Cable".  It includes all the connections found in that cable.  2 cables exit the back of the DB-9m connector that plugs into the SN-10.  A 0.5 m (19.7") cable goes to a DB-9f connector that is to be mounted in the instrument panel.  This connector is used for data transfers to the SN-10 from a PC and for connection of the SN10-R remote control unit.  A 1 m (39.4") cable goes to an RJ connector for the GPS-NAV.  GPS data goes from the GPS-NAV to the SN-10.  The GPS-NAV is not powered by the SN-10 so it must be powered through the 12V RJ power connector on the GPS-NAV.

Using a Pocket PC for SN-10 Waypoint Database and Fight Log Transfers
It is possible to send waypoint files to the SN-10 from a Pocket PC.  You can also download flight logs from the SN-10 to the Pocket PC.  That way you don't need to bring a PC to the airport.  Details are available here.
