Overview
Vertex Standard is the name for the air band transceivers that were formerly available under the name Yaesu.  They are high quality products with many innovative features.

A while back Vertex Standard USA changed their pricing policies - making it impossible for small businesses like this one to make a profit selling their products.  It is a bummer since they make nice radios.  However, ICOM radios seem to be much more popular here in the USA.  I own an ICOM radio and I stock and sell a lot of ICOM radios and accessories.
