| ScrewKit | Instrument Screw and Nut
Kit All Winter instruments have threaded holes so that nuts are not required for mounting. However, many other instruments do not include threaded holes and do not include mounting screws. This kit includes everything you need to mount your altimeter, compass or clock or other instrument in the instrument panel. The screws seem to be made out of aluminum and the nuts and washer are stainless steel. The screws are black so they will look good on your instrument panel. The nuts and lock washers are not black but they are mounted behind the instrument panel.

Altimeter, 20,000 feet, Kollsman in inHg Calibrated to 20,000 feet The Altimeter is designed for use in aircraft to help the pilot determine altitude, the height above a reference point (generally mean sea level). The Altimeter measures existing atmospheric pressure, which varies with altitude. Based on the assumption of Standard Day conditions of temperature and air pressure, the altimeter translates this pressure into a "height-above-sea-level" value, which is indicated on the dial of the instrument in feet.
